I'm trying to work on comprehending how hands work on the page, these are some sketches I did recently.

Seeing

This is a recent auto-bio/slice of life story that I did. I've never done the former and I've done the latter a couple of times.

This was quite a rewarding experience and the most successful comic I've ever done.

Fashion (Turn to the left)

I came upon a great fashion website the other day and these are some drawings I did from the photos.

They were a blast to do, if only people dressed like this in real life.

Toth!

I bought Alex Toth's "Toth by Design" a few years ago and I've not drawn from it nearly enough. I feel badly about it as I've told people you can learn how to draw from this book on a couple of occasions, and I should be taking advantage of this fact!

I've been doing about a page of copies a day from it and this is what I've got so far. The man has such a wonderful way of simplifying things, I always pick up something when I do these.

A Drawing of Abbey (as Nancy)

My friend Abbey went as Nancy (of Sid and Nancy fame) for Halloween last year.

Suffice to say she nailed it.

Back for the very first time...

I've been quite bad about updating this thing for the past month, due to frustration, uncertainty and a whole bunch of other things that you just DEAL with instead of whining about. That's done though so I'm back!

This one is a portrait of my friend Adina's dog Little bit. I'm quite pleased with it.
